Working with what is being said whilst hearing what is not being said; working with a brain based methadology this brings about powerful change.
How does it work?
Coaching can come in many shapes and forms but achieves the most where goals are set, strategies are created and ongoing action is supported through regular coaching. Often coaching has a transactional focus i.e. getting something done but often requires a transformational change where you challenge existing beliefs, find new ways to meet your needs and create new rules and habits which will support you. Thinkplus uses a brain-based Results driven framework but has many tools and interventions to bring about the change you want to see in yourself and your teams.
